Brooke Lydecker was born in San Francisco, CA. She returned to her Hometown after studying and working in Arizona, California, Europe and South Africa. Lydecker attended Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara.

Alexis Rice Lydecker, born and raised in Marin County, CA has developed a line of wearable art that delights the senses. Only 18-24 Karat gold and precious and semi-precious stones are used in her own unique designs.
Alexis brings her love of quality and beauty to her designs and draws from her experience and travels throughout the world. Her artist talent started with the camera, bringing to life what gave her inspiration.
When asked what gives her inspiration, she responds, “I have always been attracted to the vibrancy of color- in nature, art, and in people. My Jewelry is inspired by almost anything that catches the eye; the form and textures are important. Creating wearable art made from the elements of the earth is what fascinates me- the individuality of each piece makes it exciting!”
